I get to give away two tickets to the Paris major

Make it fun for me @tsunami643

The lore

On Earth-1610, Disney is the world's largest entertainment conglomerate. That's... probably true for our Earth as well, but in addition to owning Star Wars and Marvel and Twentieth Century Fox and ESPN and Pixar and Maker Studios, they also acquired Valve Software.

During the run up for the exclusive release of Portal 4 on the Hulu Game Store, Disney-1610 have announced they're building a new theme park based on Valve's IPs. Since the thought of me getting invited to a DPC Major only existed in such fantasy worlds, I've clearly merged the timelines.

Pitch me your dream attractions for a Valve theme park and you could win a 4-Day Pass to the Disneyland Major on this Earth.

Win a chance to attend the MDL Disneyland® Paris Major!

Here are some examples of what I mean:

  • Tower of Terrorblade

At first you think this ride is about getting Reflected and Sundered by a six-slotted Terrorblade spammer with all the Dota Plus voice lines. But you'd be wrong. Demon wrong. The Terrorblade is actually on your team. But he was boosted. Strap in as you follow a Terrorblade who joins into a teamfight without Meta, buysback immediately, and destroys his items. Stop pinging. STOP PINGING. I CAN'T MUTE THE PIIIIIIIIINGS.
  • It's a Small World

Pretty much like the original, except with voice comm raging from a colorful array of foreign languages.
  • Anti-Magic Kingdom

I got nothing, but the name sounds good.

This would be an example of a bad pitch.
  • Alpineland

Stroll through a showcase of workshop submissions that never made the cut like Capri Sun Witch Doctor, Tiny Banana, and Thicc Ranger.
  • Rylai's Battle Blessing

We literally put Gin Hammond on a wheel and spin her around till the end of days. If you ever land on an Arcana it's actually the servers acting up. You got a Nature's Prophet bracer instead.

It's a Valve Park, so your idea doesn't even have to be from Dota. If in this universe, you believe Valve has been quietly developing three immersive amusement park experiences for the past few years, then I'm all ears for Richochet 2: The Game - The Ride.

Few will enter, fewer will win!

Two winners will each receive a 4-Day Pass for the event. Keep in mind these tickets won't provide admission to the actual Disneyland Paris parks. The irony is not lost on me.

Winners will be chosen April 20th. I want to read pitches from everyone, but if you can't physically attend, it would be considerate to mention that so the tickets can go to someone who will actually use them.

How do I play?

Just submit a comment in this Reddit thread with your pitches.

The more creative, clever, and thematic the ride sounds, the better. I get to be entirely subjective with my decision, so I won't necessarily go for the most upvoted comment. I probably will, though.

Now if this all sounds like too much effort, I think Slacks is running another giveaway that may be more up your alley.
